It should be noted that you must ensure that the one you are choosing is indeed free, some have a cost and can be rather expensive. Here is an example of the options you will find on their page:

Hubspot
To access Hubspot Academy you only need to create an account. They include a transcript for every lesson which comes in handy to study and to keep as valuable material.
